Nouble House Seafood Restaurant, Klang

This post should be post on long long time ago, but that is too busy and the file is inside the pc for so long.

This restaurant is famous with Loh Misuan and ZhiHun Geng (Potato powder noodles), they are from a family business and have different outlet and different owner, but all are from same nenek moyang ( ancestor). The cooking style is almost the same.

Due to I and friend would like to reserve our stomach for more food so we only order for their 2 famous dish that is Loh Mi Suan and ZhiHun Geng.

Both are kinds of noodles but misuan is thin and make from wheat flour while ZhiHun Geng is make from potato flour so zhihun geng will be toughness and transparent.

The Misuan is cook in soup and in white colour , it was adding with oyster and you may add some vinegar during eating time. The zhihun geng is in fry style, inside they adding with pork lard, which is increase the delicious of the food.
