Flame City Steamboat, Puchong

Tonight go to try something special, after trying before Japanese style steamboat, Buffet BBQ steamboat, local cuisine steamboat. And this time we are trying the steamboat is from China, Zhong Qing Style and operate by China people . When we reached there most of the customer are student from China. And it is almost full house. I think those student are missing hometown food.

We are ordering the Chicken Soup and Ma La (Spicy) Soup. The spicy can be light, medium or extra spicy. Even we are ordering light spicy but we also can't take it. (TAK BOLEH TAHAN the spice, it is really hot)

There are different ingredient for steamboat, besides those food which we always saw at normal steamboat shop like variety fishball, vegetable, mushroom, the special things here are they have pork intestines, pigs blood clots, chicken feet and etc.

The white soup is Chicken Soup, the read one is Ma La (Spicy) Soup, these 2 kinds of soup is free and there are other soup but will charges a certain cost (RM8-RM28)

The dipping sauce, we are specially ask the waitress mixed up for us because we don't know how is the taste of Zhong Qing . And the waitress is from China. I saw her putting preserved beancurd sauce 豆腐乳，green onion, sesame oil, salt, sugar, pepper powder, pepper chili etc.

Lao Gang Restaurant, Puchong

We are exploring our food to Puchong this time. Always, Puchong is gather with the delicious food from all around. This restaurant is located at Bandar Puteri in Puchong, but Lao Gang mean Pasir Panjang , a town which located Negeri Sembilan.

The food here is not bad and price is reasonable, but it is too salty for me.
