Restaurant Hock Choon Kee 福春记卤面

Today quite free, so ask friend wanna to try Loh Mee at Ulu Yam and on the same time visit to the water fall. I checked the internet and found that this is the first restaurant which having the Loh Mee in Malaysia.

When we reach there because it is before lunch time, so still got the table for us. There is 1 waitress, 1 chef and 1 chef helper in the shop, luckily we reach there before lunch time, if not it will taking our long time to have our meal. After our order , and it is starting more and more people coming.

In my memory having ulu yam loh mee in other place, it is very salty. So i thought Ulu Yam Loh Mee origin will be salty but actually it is not.

There are 2 kinds of Loh Mee , Black sauce and white sauce. Besides Loh Mee, restaurant have other noodles too.

今天空闲所以约了朋友去乌鲁音尝鲁面顺道去瀑布玩。我从网上发现这家是创始店。

当我们抵达的时候,还未到午饭时间所以还有位子。整间店就只有一位招待,一位厨师和一位厨师帮手,幸亏我们是在午饭前到,不然一定要等很长的时间。当我们点完餐后,陆陆续续有更多的人到来。

在我的印象中,在别的地方吃到的乌鲁音鲁面都是偏咸,所以我也以为原产地也是这样,其实不然。

这家店有两种口味的鲁面,黑和白的。除了鲁面,店家还有其他面食。

Black Sauce Loh Mee 黑酱鲁面,RM5 (SMALL)

Fish Cake , RM4.50 , it is Q.

White Sauce Loh Mee, 白酱鲁面,RM5 (Small)

Fried Meat 炸肉, RM12 ,虽然油腻,可是腌渍得非常入味。
